Our campsite is nestled in a spacious, lush clearing surrounded by towering coconut palms and vibrant greenery. All around, tropical trees and flowering plants flourish, adding colour and life to this tranquil setting.
By day, our highland retreat offers a serene and expansive setting, where the air is fresher and less humid than on the coast, making it pleasantly comfortable year-round. Tranquillity and lush vegetation invite you to unwind and reconnect with nature.
Native birds flit through the trees, and the sounds of the forest create a calming backdrop to your stay. As night falls, the skies above transform into a brilliant canopy of stars, offering a breathtaking stargazing experience unlike anywhere else.
Our tents are spacious and comfortable 3×3 m (10×10 ft) six-person tents, ideally suited for 2–3 guests. Generous spacing between tents ensures both privacy and tranquillity throughout your stay.
Each tent offers full standing height and features mosquito net-covered windows on all four sides, allowing for natural ventilation and a refreshing breeze.
Inside, you’ll find real mattresses (not camping mats), along with pillows, bed sheets, and blankets — everything you need for a restful night’s sleep. Thanks to the cool, fresh nights in the highlands — where temperatures are lower and the air is significantly less humid than on the coast — there’s no need for electric air conditioning.
The campsite is fully covered by reliable Starlink internet, allowing you to stay quietly connected via Wi-Fi while immersed in nature.
Our shared restrooms and showers are thoughtfully designed to provide a simple, eco-friendly experience. Open to the surrounding environment yet private and comfortable, they let you stay connected to nature without compromising on essential comforts.

Connect with nature in our open-air showers, where you can begin your day freshening up as the first golden rays of sunlight filters through the gently swaying palms – or enjoy a peaceful evening rinse under the stars.
Our shared restrooms and showers are uniquely designed to provide a simple yet private and comfortable, eco-friendly experience, immersed in the natural surroundings.

Creepy Crawlies
As our eco-lodge is nestled in the heart of nature, you may come across an insect or two — or perhaps a few other critters and bugs that are different from what you’re used to. Most of these will be colourful butterflies, dragonflies, and grasshoppers, all parts of the vibrant wildlife that surrounds you.
Rest assured: there are no poisonous or dangerous creatures in the Galápagos. Even the largest spider is just another friend — one that happens to have eight legs to match its charm — so please, just let it be!
In the highlands, we’re fortunate to have no horseflies and few mosquitoes — and for much of the year, none at all. That said, it’s still a good idea to bring insect repellent, just in case, and especially for excursions. Horseflies can be found in mangroves and wetlands, and there are plenty of mosquitoes on the coast after sunset.
